Our Gender Pay Gap Report – 2021

DOC Cleaning welcomes the opportunity to report our gender pay gap for 2021 under The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

From April 2017, under The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers in Great Britain with 250 or more employees are required to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees. This Gender Pay Gap Report is based on data as at the snapshot date of 5 April 2021. At this time, DOC Cleaning Limited employed 981 employees, of which 56% were female and 44% male.
