As a result we experience very low staff turnover. The vast majority of our senior staff started out with us as cleaning operatives – they understand the job that has to be done. They take pride in supporting and developing their colleagues and are committed to constantly improving the service we give you.

Training & Development

We offer all our employees bespoke training at our BICSc-accredited training hub, located at Canary Wharf.

We are a Living Wage Foundation (LWF) Recognised Service Provider. As such, we pay all our employees, at or above the LWF hourly pay rate.

Training & Staff Engagement

The company operates a robust training and staff engagement system which utilises the power of industry innovators, UhUb, in order to deliver a wide range of training content right to the operative’s mobile device. By combining UhUb with our own in house training, along with other accredited training such as BICSc and IOSH, we’re created a platform to deliver whole workforce training that rewards and engages staff throughout the business. Available on any device, at any time, the system provides us with a number of benefits over traditional training methods;

We’re able to deliver whole workforce training through a streamlined and consistent approach, with a structured learning path for all levels of employees.

Recognition & Reward

UhUb provides visibility of progress, ensuring that staff can be recognised for their achievements and participate in prize draws throughout the year.

Reporting
