Before implementing MyCompliance, we did not have a secure, centralised system for managing permits associated with high-risk works. MyCompliance now provides a dedicated space to manage, review and retain permit information, giving us greater control and visibility while reducing administrative risk.

This structured approach helps ensure high-risk activities are properly authorised, recorded and managed in line with agreed procedures.

Supporting training and competency management

MyCompliance has enabled us to introduce a consistent e-learning platform for employees across the business. Through the integration of iHasco courses, we now provide access to more than 60 training modules for both operational and administration teams.

Training records are stored securely and remain easily accessible, helping us track completion, monitor competency levels and demonstrate compliance during audits or reviews.

Improving reporting and mobile access

The MyCompliance mobile app allows our operations team to report on the go, improving accuracy and responsiveness. This real-time reporting capability supports quicker issue resolution and reduces delays associated with paper-based or manual processes.

Streamlined reporting has also simplified the auditing of corrective actions, allowing us to maintain clearer records and reduce administrative constraints.

Managing assets and compliance requirements

The Asset Manager module gives us greater visibility and control over vehicles and office equipment. Automated alerts for expiring items support proactive management and help prevent compliance gaps.

The Requirements module allows us to manage our Legal Register and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, alongside site-specific and office-based requirements. This ensures statutory obligations are clearly tracked and consistently managed.
