Recruitment

We recruit, employ and promote staff at all levels solely on the basis of ability and suitability.

Training & Development

We offer all our employees bespoke training at our BICSc-accredited training hub, located at Canary Wharf.

Training & Staff Engagement

We operate a robust training and staff engagement system which utilises the power of innovative platforms, such as UhUb, to deliver a wide range of training content. Our operatives can access our training modules from the comfort of their mobile devices.

Combined with our in-house training sessions, we use UhUb to engage our entire workforce. We also offer BICSc and IOSH training at our accredited training centre in London.

Whole workforce training

We’re able to deliver whole workforce training through a streamlined and consistent approach, offering a structured learning path for all levels of employees.

Recognition & Reward

UhUb provides visibility of progress, allowing for staff to be recognised for their achievements and participate in prize draws throughout the year.

At the touch of a button, we have the ability to engage with any staff member via messages, videos and documentation that are available instantly.

Reporting

With full visibility through UhUb’s real-time report suite, we always know what training has been achieved by each individual. In addition, every employee has access to all training completed.
