On Thursday 5th September 2024, DOC Cleaning’s Financial Director, Jamie Bull, and Head of Marketing, Sophie Rioch, were hosted at 100 Liverpool Street for the unveiling of Clientshare’s new product designs, followed by an exclusive awards ceremony celebrating success in the world of customer experience.
Clientshare is a UK-based platform designed to enhance collaboration and communication between businesses and their clients or suppliers. Clientshare’s platform provides us with a digital space for sharing performance updates, feedback and resolving issues.
Since adopting the platform in 2023, we’ve been able to streamline our feedback channels to promote stronger communication and greater transparency with our clients. Our management team utilises features such as shared documentation, real-time updates and other contract management tools to ensure our clients’ needs are fully met and address any matters arising in a prompt, professional manner.
Clientshare’s First Annual Awards Ceremony
The event began with a presentation from Clientshare’s Managing Director, James Ward, who introduced the key features of the latest Pulse 2.0 design, followed by Clientshare’s first annual awards ceremony.
We’re delighted to share that DOC Cleaning was chosen as winner of the ‘Best Customer Experience Programme’ award as a result of our commitment to leveraging Pulse technology and prioritising proactive communication to achieve client satisfaction across the board. On behalf of team at DOC Cleaning, Jamie was invited up to the stage to accept the award where he received a trophy and a round of applause.
