In January 2025, an OSAT system was installed at 15 Finsbury Circus, a landmark building in the heart of the City of London where we have proudly delivered services for more than a decade.
With a diverse mix of tenants and in anticipation of the Simpler Recycling legislation, the client wanted a clear way to track the types and volumes of waste generated by each tenant compared against the building’s overall totals. They also sought more detailed reporting at a tenant level to provide tailored feedback, raise awareness of sustainable recycling practices, and ensure that the entire building community benefitted from improved performance.

enabler in reaching this sustainability milestone.
At 15 Finsbury Circus, the OSAT has transformed how recycling is managed. Each tenant now has a dedicatedlogin to the reporting portal to view real-time waste data.
