Our company was established in 1972, as a small family business. Over fifty years later, we have grown considerably and now have over 1,300 staff and annual turnover in excess of £28m. We remain an independent, family led business with an emphasis on exceptional standards, trusted relationships, and traditional values. In addition, we are always looking to improve, progress and innovate.
Operating predominantly in London and the Southeast, we have now expanded to provide managed services throughout the whole of the UK.
Our core job is cleaning buildings – to an exceptional standard. But we are also polishing the image and reputation of our clients, creating a healthier, safer, more attractive, welcoming, and efficient environment for all staff, customers, and visitors. The bottom line is – a cleaner property is a more productive and profitable property.
Our clients really value our approach and the quality of our work. Several of them have been with us for more than 40 years. We are proud to count some of the world’s most iconic buildings, businesses, museums, and tourist attractions in our growing portfolio.
Since day one, everyone at DOC has endeavoured to uplift and empower our people and communities through training, charitable causes, employee welfare schemes, and environmental initiatives.
To broaden our positive impact within our society, we have built a robust strategy development plan. Aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) our sustainability strategy, Beyond Cleaning, includes long-term goals which will ensure that we make tangible, transparent and reportable progress year-on-year.

We are essentially a cleaning company, and our job is to clean customer’s premises up to the highest standards. We do this with much pride and great passion and place great emphasis on the following key elements.
