Leadership Reflection
Our Joint Managing Director, Lee Andrews, began DOC Life, Volume 12 giving an overview of what to expect, and what DOC has been doing.
This edition gives a range of updates reflecting the continued evolution of the business, from strengthening our teams to expanding our impact across the communities we support.
A key focus this quarter has been our people. We’ve welcomed new colleagues while continuing to invest in development, progression and building a strong, supportive working culture.
Alongside this, we’ve made further progress in enhancing our operations, particularly through compliance and the use of technology to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Our ESG initiatives continue to grow, with hands-on activities, partnerships and industry recognition contributing to our wider Beyond Cleaning commitments.
Progress across DOC is driven by the collective effort of our teams. Thank you to everyone for the role you play in moving us forward.
Celebrating Our People
Recognising long service remains an important part of our culture. This quarter, we proudly celebrate several key milestones.
Charlotte Notley, our Contract Support Administrator, has reached five years with DOC, Jhon Sanchez celebrates nine years of service as Operations Manager, Nelson De Jesus Ocampo Rivera surpasses 10 years at The National Gallery, and Jacky Blayney celebrates an impressive 15 years with the business.

Congratulations, Ledimar!
We’re proud to share that our Compliance Manager Ledimar Uliano, achieved her NEBOSH certification, a globally recognised qualification in health and safety.
This milestone strengthens our compliance capability and reinforces our commitment to maintaining safe, compliant environments across all sites.
Investing in professional development remains central to our approach, ensuring we continue to deliver reliable, high-quality services for our clients.

National Living Wage Update
