Martinho has been part of the team at The Walbrook since 2018, bringing consistency, care and professionalism to his role. Over time, he has developed a strong understanding of waste processes and site requirements, becoming a trusted and reliable presence within the team.
Martinho has made a significant contribution to the building’s recycling performance, helping The Walbrook achieve an impressive recycling rate of 86%. His attention to detail and commitment to correct waste segregation play a key role in maintaining this standard. His efforts have been recognised through his nomination for Individual Waste Warrior of the Year, highlighting the positive impact he continues to make.
Amber is the Operations Support Manager for the Vertical Division, where she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Her role centres on coordination, collaboration and supporting the continued growth of the division.
Ledimar is DOC's Compliance Manager, playing a central role in maintaining health and safety standards across the entire organisation. Her role focuses on ensuring compliance, supporting operational teams and helping the company meet regulatory requirements.
