Experience:

Ledimar has developed her career within compliance at DOC Cleaning, building strong expertise in health and safety systems, auditing and risk management. Her day-to-day role involves monitoring key systems, supporting site managers, reviewing policies and responding to client requirements, giving her a well rounded understanding of both operational delivery and compliance.

Achievements:

Ledimar recently achieved her NEBOSH certification, a globally recognised qualification in health and safety and a significant milestone in her professional development. This achievement reflects her commitment to maintaining high standards across the business, as well as her dedication to continuous learning alongside her day to day responsibilities. Her work supports strong compliance across all sites, helping ensure safe, consistent and well managed operations for both teams and clients.

Combined with our in-house training sessions, we use UhUb to engage our entire workforce. We also offer BICSc and IOSH training at our accredited training centre in London.
