Amber is the Operations Support Manager for the Vertical Division, where she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Her role centres on coordination, collaboration and supporting the continued growth of the division.

Experience:

Amber joined the window cleaning team after working in facilities management on the Covent Garden estate, supporting soft services in a fast-paced and complex environment. Her experience working alongside the DOC team in that role led her to join the business, where she has since supported the rapid growth of the vertical cleaning division. She enjoys working closely with colleagues, clients and contractors to support operational planning, onboarding and service delivery, while also contributing to the development of new services.

Achievements:

Amber has played an important role in supporting the growth of the Vertical Division, contributing from its earlier stages through to its continued expansion. Her work has helped strengthen the structure and day-to-day delivery of the service. She regularly supports operational planning and key milestones, including preparation for audits and ensuring processes are in place for consistent, high quality delivery. Amber has also been involved in onboarding and supporting new team members, helping them settle into their roles and understand the standards expected across the division.

Combined with our in-house training sessions, we use UhUb to engage our entire workforce. We also offer BICSc and IOSH training at our accredited training centre in London.
