Role description

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to support the delivery of high quality, compliant bids while keeping our pipeline organised, our content sharp and our opportunities moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Bid Coordination and Tender Support

  • Coordinate tender opportunities from logging through to submission
  • Assign bid owners, set timelines and track key milestones
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance and complete submissions
  • Manage tender portals and support PQQs and supporting documents

Bid Library Management

  • Maintain and organise the bid content library within MyTender
  • Keep content up to date and version controlled
  • Extract reusable responses, case studies and supporting evidence
  • Identify improvements to standard responses and templates

CRM Management and Pipeline Support

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in Monday.com
  • Monitor sales stages, deadlines and follow ups
  • Keep stakeholders informed and support reporting and forecasting
  • Support account based marketing and create email templates

Solution Design and Content Support

  • Support development of sector specific solution templates
  • Collaborate with teams to document service approaches
  • Assist with drafting and formatting tender responses
  • Ensure content is clear, structured and aligned with tone of voice

Requirements:

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in a business development, bid or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents
  • Confident written communication skills with the ability to structure clear responses

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Monday.com or similar
  • Familiarity with tender portals and bid management tools is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
