The Toy Appeal

We believe in creating a positive legacy and investing in our communities where it is most needed. This Christmas, we’re dedicated to making a difference to those in our local community that require a little extra support.

We decided to reach out to Hamberley Care Homes, an award-winning care home in Birmingham, to support their efforts to raise awareness for a local children’s charity. Like us, Hamberley Care Homes strives to provide a nurturing environment to empower their people.

By collaborating with Hamberley Care Homes we’re able to help make a real difference for less fortunate families who could use a little extra help this Christmas. From November 13th, we will be accepting new, unwrapped gifts on our local sites as well as the care home ready to be delivered to the Allens Cross Community Centre in Birmingham.

 

About Your Local Pantry

Your Local Pantry serves more than 90,000 people across the UK with a wide-range services, with the core mission of providing local familities with access to food. Your Local Pantry follows the values of Dignity, Choice and Hope, helping families to step forward in confidence.

For this appeal, we will be supporting one of Your Local Pantry’s sites which is situated in the Allens Cross Community Centre in Birmingham. Here, families gather to seek help, advice, food and friendship.

 

How to Get Involved

Please help by purchasing a new, unwrapped children’s gift and placing it in one of our collection boxes across our sites. Gifts will be accepted from Wednesday 13th November 2024 to Wednesday 11th December and delivered by both ourselves and the team at Hamberley Care Homes on Friday 13th December at the Allens Cross Community Centre.
