Situated in Bishops Stortford and known as the ‘Home of Mencap,’ Grove Cottage is a children’s charity for those with learning disabilities and special needs. Grove Cottage plays a vital role in our community by providing a wide range of social and educational activities for children of all ages who require additional support. The charity aims to develop their potential, help them to avoid social isolation by promoting lifelong friendships, and provide respite to their families and carers.

Recognising the vital impact of Grove Cottage within the local community, we have committed to supporting their mission through various fundraising and volunteering initiatives. Our efforts have ranged from challenging physical events to organising corporate fundraisers, which have not only raised substantial funds for the charity, but also helped to increase awareness of the work that Grove Cottage does.
