“We’ve both been here for over 20 years. During that time, we’ve been involved in everything the company does, so we really understand how it works and what makes it tick.”
Jamie shares, highlighting the depth of importance that experience plays during periods of change. As the business moves forward, continuity remains a priority, particularly in how decisions are made and how responsibility is carried. He continues:
“Our approach is all about balancing the family values the company is built on with a fresh start in how we separate ourselves from our competitors.”
Staying grounded while evolving

Lee states:
“This is a family business. We will always have that foundation and the values that come with it. Of course, we know we need to adapt and evolve, but our ethos remains the same as it always has been.”
