This quarter marked a significant milestone for our team as we successfully passed our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 recertification audits while also securing a new ISO standard – ISO 50001.  What makes this year’s accomplishment even more noteworthy is that it’s the first time we’ve navigated the certification process entirely in-house, without the assistance of external consultants.  

Our journey with ISO (the International Organisation for Standardisation) dates back to 1995 when we became one of the first cleaning companies to obtain an ISO accreditation. Since then, we’ve consistently maintained and expanded our portfolio of ISO certifications, reflecting our dedication to operational excellence. 

This year’s decision to manage the recertification process internally was a strategic move that allowed us to take more control of our management system and gain a deeper understanding of our processes. This hands-on approach has allowed us to tailor our operational processes more effectively to suit our specific needs, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
