The European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards takes place each year with the aim to bring together leading organisations from across the continent to celebrate the very best in professional cleaning.
As a team, we were proud to attend this prestigious event and stand alongside peers who share our values of quality, responsibility and innovation.
Celebrating Industry Excellence
The European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards remain the only pan-European event dedicated to recognising the achievements of businesses and individuals who raise standards in our industry every day. From sustainability and training to leadership and innovation, the awards highlight the people and practices shaping the future of professional cleaning.
For DOC Cleaning, being part of this event reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and our pride in the talented teams who make our work possible.
Recognition for Our Partnership with the National Gallery
We were proud to be shortlisted in the category of Excellence in Client–Contractor Partnerships, a recognition that highlights the unique relationship we have built with the National Gallery.
Our partnership spans more than 50 years and goes far beyond service delivery. It is built on trust, collaboration and innovation – from supporting the Gallery’s sustainability ambitions through chemical-free cleaning and digital monitoring, to training staff to work in an environment that protects one of the world’s most prestigious art collections. With more than six million visitors each year, cleaning the Gallery is about safeguarding heritage while ensuring every visitor enjoys a world-class experience.
This collaboration exemplifies the values celebrated in the Excellence in Client-Contractor Partnerships category – mutual respect, shared ambition and measurable impact.
On the evening, DOC Cleaning was represented by our Managing Directors, Jamie Bull and Lee Andrews, Commercial Director, David Brown, Head of Marketing, Sophie O’Shea, Director of People & Culture, Jane Malone, Operations Director, Justin Gray, Head of ESG, Jeff Silver, and Office Administrator, Ola Ruszczak.
We were also delighted to be joined by our partners at the National Gallery, Head of Operations, Carole Keltie, and Gallery Manager, Jade Venus, reflecting the strength of our working relationship and the shared pride in being recognised at a European level.
