Customer Helpdesk

We are pleased to announce that our company now operates a dedicated helpdesk facility in order to improve communications with our clients, suppliers and interested parties. The helpdesk also serves as an internal communication hub to deal with and process queries from our workforce.

The helpdesk is integrated with our Quality Auditing system meaning any onsite issues are logged immediately. All of this information is available in real time to our Operational Managers through the dedicated software on their Tablet P.C.
